San Diego, CA (For Release) – Party Hats, the wearable party mementos company, celebrated its tenth year providing its unique, hands-on activity for guests of the Las Vegas Springs Preserve Black History Month Festival. The event, which took place on Saturday, February 18, 2023, with a theme of “Black Resistance,” was part of the celebration of Black history and culture in Southern Nevada and included live music and dance performances, educational activities, authentic African-American cuisine, and much more.

Las Vegas, NV – Party Hats Entertainment at the Black History Month Festival at Springs Preserve.

The event marked the 14th annual presentation of the Festival, which brings thousands to the Las Vegas Springs Preserve for a day of celebration. Opened in 2007, the Preserve is built around the original water supply for the City of Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Valley Water District has created a place where people can learn about the history of the area and how they can do their part to preserve the unique habitat of the Springs, which have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978.

The Festival itself was a whirlwind of color, sound and joy, and Party Hats was excited to be a part of that. The company’s unique hands-on Creation Zone was one of the hits of the day, with 1500 people taking the opportunity to decorate their own hat as a memento of the day. Over the years the Party Hats has been bringing out the creative spirit in people and helping to make this event a memorable success by tapping into the little child in every person – the child who enjoyed playing dress up or being a superhero with a secret identity.

Party Hats is an award-winning company with more than 25 years of experience making events magical. The signature make-and-wear activation has been a hit at the events of companies and organizations ranging from DIsney, McDonalds and Verizon to Girl Scouts and Mary Kay.
